Martha Mesa and Maria Jesús Sáez, founders of SUITE VELVET, together have more than 25 years in the hospitality sector specialising in project management and procurement of FF&E and OS&E respectively, having worked on many of the most emblematic projects in this country.
He began his professional career in London doing interior design work for the Palace of Westminster. Subsequently, he worked installing Data Centres around Europe where he acquired his experience as a PM. Since his return to Spain more than 20 years ago, he has dedicated his professional career to projects in the Hospitality sector, expanding his experience in Design, Project and Procurement Management specialising in FF&E and OS&e with excellent qualities and creative and organisational skills, skills for the financial management of large-scale projects and ease of adaptation to different situations and problem solving in short periods of time.
He is highly experienced in negotiation, procurement, planning and design,
execution, logistics, monitoring and control, quality and closure of major projects to
National and International level.

After graduating in ADE and working for 13 years in a leading multinational company in his sector as a customer account manager and accounts receivable control as well as incident management, cross-department coordination and results analysis and implementation of ERP systems for reporting, he later studied interior design at IADE and a master's degree at IED.
After working in the retail sector and branding, he has now dedicated himself to his passion, hotels, with more than 10 years of experience combining his financial expertise with his knowledge of hotel interior design. He has extensive experience in budgeting and budget control as well as FF&E Procurement Management. He brings an analytical mind with a creative vision.
